UpGarden is a rooftop oasis in the dense urban Uptown neighborhood in Lower Queen Anne.
It was established in 2012, when Seattle Center, in partnership with the Department of Neighborhoods, designated half of the top level of Mercer St. Garage as a site for rooftop gardening.
