Volunteer Hours

DEADLINE FOR TURNING IN HOURS to count towards plot assignment is June 9, 2012, 5:00 pm

UpGarden P-Patch volunteer Hafoc will keep track of volunteer hours you turn in for UpGarden.
Remember that friends, extended-family, co-workers, etc. that volunteer on your behalf at a work party or other volunteer activities count towards your accumulated volunteer hours too!

Plot assignment is based on volunteer hours, so you'll want to make sure to send them to Hafoc so she can record them.

Download a printable (PDF) form for recording your hours (which you can print and mail to Hafoc -- her address is on the form);

or you can send the following info to Hafoc via email:

Your name (If you are new also include your email & phone number)

and hours for EACH activity in the following format:

If the hours are yours then:
date, hours, a simple description of work
5/18/2012, 1.75, Core meeting

If family or a friend is doing the work:
date, hours, a simple description of work, name of friend
5/18/2012, 1.75, Work Party, Jane Doe

**Important !! Please make sure your first and last name is somewhere in the email. Until we get our plots the data base is set up by names not emails.

If you keep track of your hours using Word or Excel, or OpenOffice you can attach it to your email.
